The tiles are made from clay slabs formed with 1″ deep sides. They are hand carved each with a unique design. The back is constructed and wired to hang flush on the wall without any additional framing.

All the tiles are unique unless otherwise noted. Susan has created only one plaster cast to date. She enjoys building each tile from a flat slab and then carving each piece individually.
